Linux® Trademark Usage

Linux® is the registered trademark of Linus Torvalds in the U.S. and other countries.

We are committed to using the term “Linux” in compliance with the Linux Foundation’s trademark policies. A sublicense request to use the Linux® trademark in our project name (“Secra Linux”) was submitted to the Linux Foundation on June 30, 2025 and is currently pending approval.
